Arc Northland is Northeastern Minnesota’s premier organization serving people with disabilities and their families. Since 1951, Arc Northland has offered the citizens of Northeastern Minnesota advocacy, support, education, counseling, information, referral, training, and other programs. Each service advances Arc’s mission to promote and protect the human rights of people with disabilities and their families, while actively supporting full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetime. Locally and statewide, Arc Northland is known for its innovative approaches to current and emerging needs.

PCA Choice

Housing Support
Arc Northland receives funding from the Minnesota Department of Human Services through The Arc of Minnesota. This funding can assist in providing Housing Access Services (HAS) to people with disabilities who are eligible for long-term care or state plan home care services and wish to move to homes of their own.
