Arc Northland complies with applicable Federal Civil Rights Laws (Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964), Minnesota Human Rights Act (Chapter 363A Minnesota Statutes), and City of Duluth Human Rights Ordinance (Duluth City Code Chapter 29C) and does not discriminate or exclude people or treat them differently on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, religion, national origin (including membership in a Native American tribe), age, marital status, disability, public assistance status, sexual orientation, familial status, or local human rights commission activity.

Arc Northland

  • Provides appropriate accommodations for people with disabilities in a timely manner and free of charge, when they are needed to perform services.
  • Provides free assistive devices and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as: Qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as: Qualified interpreters or free access to interpreter services and information written in other languages.
