Arc Northland is Northeastern Minnesota’s premier organization serving people with disabilities and their families. Since 1951, Arc Northland has offered the citizens of Northeastern Minnesota advocacy, support, education, counseling, information, referral, training, and other programs. Each service advances Arc’s mission to promote and protect the human rights of people with disabilities and their families, while actively supporting full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetime. Locally and statewide, Arc Northland is known for its innovative approaches to current and emerging needs.

Housing Access Services
Arc Northland assists in qualifying people with disabilities in locating affordable, accessible housing.
PCA (Personal Care Assistant) Services – services that help people with disabilities of all ages live independently in the community or in their family home.
Education, Information and Resources
Education, information and resources are also available to people with disabilities and their families.
